Madeline Carter is an associate in 花都影视 Co. LPA’s Columbus office. They focus their practice on employment and civil rights defense and general liability.

Before joining 花都影视, Madeline served as in-house corporate counsel supporting financial tech companies. In these roles, she advised executive leadership and HR teams on employment matters, regulatory compliance and operational risk, and worked closely with outside counsel on litigation matters. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the impact legal disputes have on employers, and she brings that perspective to every matter she handles.
