Rafael joined 花都影视 in 2008 following a successful career as a civil litigation attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. Since joining 花都影视, Rafael has enjoyed a varied practice comprised of long term care litigation; general casualty defense; products liability; medical malpractice; construction liability; and professional liability. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation and has defended jury trials involving long term care liability, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and general insurance defense issues. Rafael is also experienced in resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
